Refund policy

Product returns / Palautukset

All products have 14 days return right calculated from receiving date. Returned product needs to be non-used and product package in initial form. If returned product is used or tested, Mint Golf Solutions is entitled to deduct re-funded sum corresponding the value of the used product.     

In order to be entitled to a refund - Customer needs to provide a return announcement  by email to: hello@mintgolf.co. After receiving an authorization and return number, product can be returned. Return will be sent to: Mint Golf Solutions, Rajatorpantie 41B, 01640 Vantaa. Customer is in charge of the packaging and shipping costs of returns.

In case of false product delivered or the product is broken on arrival – Customer needs to inform Mint Golf Solutions without any delay by email: hello@mintgolf.co.

Kaikilla tuotteilla on 14 vuorokauden palautusoikeus tuotteiden vastaanottamispäivästä lukien. Palautettavan tuotteen tulee olla käyttämätön ja tuotepakkauksen tulee olla ehjä ja alkuperäisessä muodossaan. Jos palautettua tuotetta on käytetty tai testattu -on Mint Golf Solutions oikeutettu vähentämään hyvityksestä arvonalentumista vastaava summa.

Ennen tuotepalautusta Asiakkaan tulee toimittaa palautusilmoitus sähköpostitse osoitteeseen hello@mintgolf.co. Vastaanotettuaan palautusluvan ja palautusnumeron, tuote voidaan palauttaa. Tuotepalautukset lähetetään osoitteeseen Mint Golf Solutions, Rajatorpantie 41B, 01640 Vantaa. Palautuksen kustannuksista vastaa aina Asiakas.

Mikäli Asiakkaalle on toimitettu väärä tuote, tai tuote on saapuessaan viallinen, tulee tämän ilmoittaa asiasta viipymättä sähköpostitse: hello@mintgolf.co.

Product broken in transit / Kuljetuksessa vaurioitunut lähetys

In case of broken package or product broken in transit, Customer is urged to make instant complaint and brokage announcement in pickup point. After which contact hello@mintgolf.co in order to agree new shipping.   

Mikäli paketti on vaurioitunut kuljetuksessa ja myös tilattu tuote/tuotteet ovat vaurioituneet, Asiakkaan on hyvä tehdä asiasta vahinkoilmoitus heti noutopisteessä ja olla tämän jälkeen yhteydessä hello@mintgolf.co sopiakseen uudesta toimituksesta.

Cancelling an order / Tilauksen peruminen

While cancelling and order Customer needs to contact immediately: hello@mintgolf.co. Mint Golf Solutions reserves all rights to cancel the order and make re-fund related. In case shipping process has already started, Customer is in charge of all costs generated prior cancellation.    

Tilauksen perumisesta tulee ilmoittaa viipymättä osoitteeseen hello@mintgolf.co. Mint Golf Solutions varaa oikeuden tilauksen perumisen hyväksymiseen. Kaikissa tilauksen perumisissa Asiakas vastaa ennen perumista syntyneistä kustannuksista.
